Will the quote stay the same when I actually visit the clinic?
No — an online quote is an initial estimate based on your photos and the information you enter. The final price may vary depending on your skin condition, facial structure, desired results, treatment amount and number of sessions, anesthesia, aftercare, and the doctor's diagnosis and consultation. However, we separately flag clinics with large gaps between their initial quotes and final prices, so you can avoid clinics with big price swings in advance.
Are these really replies sent by the clinics?
We show you the actual correspondence we had with each clinic, organized for comparison — we never take advertising money to rank a clinic higher or polish its answers. That said, we don't verify every fact a clinic provides (such as staff credentials), so we recommend confirming important details directly during your consultation.
What if a clinic recommends other treatments I don't want?
It can happen. Based on feedback from past users, we put a warning mark on clinics with a confirmed tendency to upsell — but we can't guarantee 100% prevention. During the consultation, we recommend saying clearly: “I'm only here for a consultation today and will decide later,” or “I only want treatment A and don't want any additional treatment B.”
Can I get the consultation in my own language?
Supported languages vary by clinic, but most clinics have dedicated coordinators who speak Japanese, English, and Chinese. If you tell us your preferred consultation language when requesting quotes, we'll pass it along to the clinics.
